Back!

Hey Im back! After two years of giving up on blogging, ive decided to try it once again. Now im back and more than ready to tell the world of all of my projects. So that scarf i said i was working on two years ago, its done. That blanket though, not so much. Ive recently taught myself to crochet and Ive gotten back into being all crafty again. Right now im working on an afgan and all the Chinese zodiac. But never fear, this craftanista will finish it all, so dont worry. Well i must go my crocheting calls for me.

The Wonderful World of Plarn

Plarn or plastic bag yarn is my new bff. It is now my new fav thing and I'm going through bags of it. It's super easy to make and even funner (is that a word) to knit with, plus your helping Mother Nature. Right now I'm making an awsome skinny scarf and am going to make purse with it next or maybe a blanket. If any people want to make it I'm going to make a how to video and put it up on youtube sometime later this year. On a sad note school starts on Wed. for me so I have to get all the knitting I can do in the last 2 days I have of freedom left. Well goodnight everyone!

Socks

Socks, my worst possible nightmare. I thought that they would be easy to make and now I think I've ripped it out 5 or more times. What fun that was to do! NOT. Now to ease my mind I'm taking a vacation from socks and their evilness and I am going to make a sock yarn blanket instead. How fun that will be! School is starting in a week and I'm dreading it. I'm the goth, bookworm, anime freak of my school and when you add knitting to it you get a BIG mess! The only good thing I get out of it is my awesome new skull tote I made this spring. I'll put pics up later. I'm in LOVE with it! It's my new baby, after my laptop. Good luck to me and my sock yarn blankie!
